East River Ferry October schedule is in effect: changes to schedule will only affect weekends, and will remain the same except for the removal of Governors Island.
Due to the UN General Assembly and a visit from the US President, traffic and street closures will affect bus routes, bus timing, and may cause ferry delays

E. 34th St. / Midtown

Located under the FDR, at E. 35th St., the E. 34th St./Midtown terminal is our northern-most stop, and one of two Manhattan locations on the East River Ferry route. During weekday rush hours, we offer a Free Midtown Shuttle Bus that connects ferry passengers with destinations as far west as Sixth Ave. and as far north as 48th St. The terminal neighborhood is the culmination of the East River Park, a public space with bike and walking paths, an amphitheater, sports fields & courts, and playgrounds that stretches from Lower Manhattan to Midtown. MTA buses service this location and the E. 34th St. Heliport is located within walking distance. The NYU Medical Center and School of Medicine are across the street.
